Habitat for Humanity Build
Saturday, September 19
8:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Mission and Outreach is looking for five volunteers to help rebuild homes with Habitat for Humanity in Brewerytown. Activities vary, but could include demolition of interiors of homes, facade work, neighborhood cleanup, etc. The sign-up link is coming; stay tuned! Our September theme is A Wide Welcome. The lunch buffet will feature foods influenced by the rich ethnic heritages of Philadelphia’s immigrant communities. We will be joined by guest speakers who are dedicated to welcoming and serving those who seek refuge, opportunities, and hope in our country. Life Center Meal

5:30 to 7:30 PM
For over 30 years Overbrook Church has served dinner on a regular basis at the Life Center of Eastern Delaware County. The meal will be prepared by the great RPM chefs; we need four people to serve the meal. We carpool from the OPC parking lot around 5:30 PM and return there by 7:30 PM.
