What is Tunes of Overbrook
TASTE of Overbrook, as held in the past, is not the best fit in this time of the Covid virus. So the stewardship committee is restructuring this year and will host TUNES of Overbrook 2020 on Zoom. Tunes of Overbrook will showcase the many musical talents of the congregation —- musicians, singers, music fans.
Donate
Taste of O was our major fundraiser of the year for the past several years. This year will be different. After a decade of service, we are relieving Nancy Gilhool of her duty as Taste of O auction coordinator. Rather than ticket sales and an auction, our goal is to raise 100 donations of $100 each. OPC members and friends will have the opportunity to “Buy a Piece of the Pie” for a $100, a "slice" for $25 or a “bite" for $5. We also encourage you to dedicate your donation "in memory" of someone in your life or the church, or in celebration of someone in our community. Proceeds will be applied to the $25,000 sanctuary AV project that will allow us to continue broadcasting world class worship services after services resume from the pulpit.

How Are We Doing?
Keep an eye on the pie to see how close we are to reaching our goal! Each piece we "eat" is $1,000 in donations.
The Cookbook
As part of the fun and in keeping with Taste of O tradition, we encourage everyone to contribute a family recipe for inclusion in a new OPC Cookbook. The cookbook will be available the week before the Tunes of Overbrook so if you want to prepare something from your cultural heritage or from someone else’s, you can cook it and we can all share a bite “together” via Zoom. Please email your recipe to Carol Rozmiarek and if you've got a brief story about the recipe, include that too. All recipes must be received by Oct. 30, 2020.
